We are less than two weeks away from our first step towards making our county one where every adoptable pet and feral cat can be safe. Stand Up For Harford Pets will be held on Wednesday January 25th, from 6:00pm – 7:30pm at the Bel Air Public Library. No Kill Harford has been working hard to prepare for the meeting and we now have a more defined agenda:
- Introduction
- Overview of the ‘No Kill’ movement
- Harford Feral Friends – Bringing Trap, Neuter, & Return (TNR) to Harford County in 2012
- Fix Harford – Establishing low/no cost mobile spay, neuter, vaccination, and microchipping services in Harford County in 2012
- Rescue Rewards – Increasing the number of rescues, fosters, and adoptions in Harford County by uniting socially conscious local business with Harford County citizens that work to save animals.
- Steps to Success
After the presentation, we’ll have an open forum discussion and Q&A where everyone’s ideas and experiences can be exchanged. We’re looking forward to a positive and productive meeting and everyone is welcome to attend.
