No Kill Harford is committed to helping Harford County families stay together even in the face of financial difficulty. That includes family pets. We are happy to be able to offer dog & cat food, treats, litter, leashes, and more for families dealing with difficult financial choices. People who face economic challenges should not have to deal with the stress of having to wonder how they will feed ANY member of their family, even a beloved dog or cat.

Requirements
Food & Cat Litter is available in pre-packaged portions weekly for the first sixty days to any Harford County resident, no questions asked. Assistance beyond sixty days requires enrollment in our FixHarford program where you will be encouraged & assisted in ensuring that you pet is spayed/neutered and current with any veterinary needs.
Additional items such as leashes, crates, dog gates, etc are available on a case by case basis.
